Step by Step method of Producing 25 Litres Ordinary liquid soap for sale and also make Profit

Liquid soap is  a type of soap in its liquid form or watery form.

It is a cleansing agent for  washing, laundry and other domestic and industrial  use.

In this article we are looking at how to produce 25 liters ordinary liquid soap from home and market it.

Equipments to start with: 

- Wooden turner

- 25 liters graded Plastic bowl

- Measuring scale

- Brand label

- Packaging bottles or plastic

Chemicals to use:

Soda ash -  ( one quarter kg)

STPP - ( one quarter kg)

Sulphunic -  One and half litre

Texapon - one quarter kg 

Nitrosol -  One quarter kg

Formalin - one quarter 

Foaming booster - one quarter

Perfume - 4 tablespoons

Add any colour of your choice.

Water -  25 litres.

Note : You are using part of this measurement of water to  mix the chemicals and solution.

Production of 25 Litres  Liquid Soap for sale:

Step 1: Mix  1/4kg soda ash to 1/4 kg STTP in one litre of water in a container.

Step 2:  Mix  1 1/2 litre of sulphunic acid and 1/4 texapon together in a container

Step 3: 1/4kg of Nitrosol in a big container with 15 litres of water

Step 4:  Turn soda ash and STTP into the step 3 and mix together

Step 5: Turn sulphunic acid and Texapon that  you have mixed into step 4, mix  together and pour 5 liters of water into the mixture and properly mix.

Step 6: Take 6 spoonful of caustic soda and pour into one litre of water and mix together.

Step 7: Turn  step 6 into step 5, mix together very well.

Step 8: Pour 1/4 of Foaming booster into step 8 and mix together.

Step 9: Pour 1/4 of Foaming booster into step 8 and mix together.

Step  10: Add 3 litre of water into step 9 and mix together.

Step 11: Add 12 table spoons of perfume of your choice into step 10 and mix.

Step 12: Add any colour of your choice ( water base) to step 11 and mix now, ready for packaging, place your label on the package bottle or plastic, and present into the market for sale.

With all these steps in place  your liquid soap is ready for packaging and marketing.
