The Nine -Step Formula of executing your ideas into becoming a business venture or achieving excellence

Words are like thunder. Action is like lightening. Ideas that are not accomplished cannot be fully established.

I have develop a nine-step success formula as a guide to how we can successfully execute our ideas to achieve excellence which can in turn set up a business venture

The formula are highlighted as follows:

- Conceive the idea:  Discover what you want to achieve, motivate yourself to receive ideas through inspiration, observation, reading, consultation, and any other source.

Write down the idea: 

Writing down the idea frees up the brain and ensures that the idea is not for gotten. Inspiration can be an elusive thing, so writing down an ideas when they come ensures that the ideas are not lost.

- Design a plan to achieve it:- 

Once you have written down your plans you have to device the means of achieving your objectives urgently.

- Set deadlines:- Make sure that there is a time frame attached to accomplish the tasks involved in achieving the ultimate objective deadlines, ensure that there is urgency in carrying out the tasks.

- Act:- Take immediate action. An idea that is not acted upon is a dead idea. Bring your idea to life by taking action.

- Feedback:-  

Ask for honest feedback from the targets of your action. This feedback is necessary for the second level of executions .  It is necessary for improvement.

- Review Performance: Review the feedback you have received. Consider the objective questions that have been raised. Seek answers to them and throw out the necessary questions.

- Act again: This action is based on review of the feedback from your previous action. It should be an improvement on the previous action taken.

- Act again and again:- Act again and again to increase the momentum and put on more pressure as you surge forward in search of your success. Success is not handed over to us on a platter of gold.  Instead we have to fight for it. Therefore we must continuously act in ways that will bring our dreams nearer home.
